Ideally, it'd be Mine-Cart first for EPA and then Ministry. It'll depend on how well Ministry can operate over the next few weeks though.

I'm a bit worried that they might "At Capacity" Ministry & Unchained later in the evening, so you could save Mine-Cart for the last attraction of the day since it's operating more reliably and hit up MoM first with or without EPA.

I’m going to softs next Saturday and have EPA. So plan should be…

If Ministry is open….book it to Mine Cart and then run to Ministry?

If Ministry isn’t open…head straight to Monsters after Mine Cart?

(I can’t do Stardust)

With Ministry now confirmed as having Virtual Line, the touring plan is pretty clear now. Mine Cart (with EPA) > Monsters Unchained > Mario Kart > everything else.

For those that don't have EPA, just book to Monsters Unchained.

Yeah I’m planning on hitting Monsters first on Friday (no EPA), hopefully before it goes down and/or the line gets ridiculous. Then maybe Curse of the Werewolf and lunch at Dark Universe. Debating whether it’s even worth going for Ministry since the virtual queue process isn't clear to me with regards to linking other people’s tickets to your account, and I’m seeing that people are getting stuck in the queue for 90+ minutes after entering due to breakdowns.

Not sure about a plan for the rest of the day - was maybe thinking of hitting Berk next and then Nintendo afterward. A daytime ride or two on Stardust Racers is in the mix, and I definitely want at least one ride on it after dark.

I talked to guest services and they said concierge can link the tickets for us at the park. My plan is to do that after Mine Cart EPA and Monsters.

I don't think Monsters Unchained is going to be the super headliner draw with the general public that you all are expecting -- there's some personal enthusiasm obscuring what will likely be most popular with the average joe. Even if Monsters becomes a rope drop attraction for the GP, it's got a massive capacity. I suspect people are going to go for Mario Kart, Donkey Kong, and the Potter stuff (when they realize they can't get in line for Ministry, some will likely go for the show).

Unchained will be the go-to for APs and the HHN fans, but you're absolutely right in that at least at first, it definitely won't be the massive headliner draw for GP.

Right. DK -> MK seems like the logical move to me with their capacity, the fact that they've held the highest waits thus far, because they're in the same land, and because of everything you said. Not seeing the urgency to run to it (I say as someone who did the Monsters first strategy 2 out of my 3 visits).

So is it confirmed that Battle at the Ministry is exclusively virtual queue indefinitely from the official park opening day? Or just for the time being during previews?

Definitely no confirmation but given yesterday’s issues it would be an absolute triumph to see this running reliably with no VQ in just one month. It took Rise numerous months and a global shutdown to run reliably.

So with that rational, for previews Monsters should take priority over Mario Kart?

I'd say so yeah, make a run for Unchained, I feel it'll definitely be having the longest lines for AP previews (besides Ministry of course, but that's virtual queue).

I'm interested to know how they will run EPA. Will non EPA guests be able to queue up for portals while hotel guests are inside Nintendo? Will EPA guests have their own holding pen until official park opening time?

This, and it seems to be having some significant downtime. But if Monsters isn’t operating at park open, I’d likely head for Wing Gliders (assuming no EPA) since that queue looks to be killer when it heats up outside.

I am also very curious how the hotel early access advantage will work vs those who don't have a hotel stay, where is the line drawn for each? I am staying on property but my priority is Monsters and Ministry, and am willing to burn my hotel advantage to get ahead with these rides anyway that I can. Also when does the VQ for Ministry drop? Also planning on getting a disability pass for my husband for this trip and how does that pass work with the VQ/Ministry I am a little unsure, so also wondering if running to Ministry first thing to get a return time or understand what the process is will be a priority.

I’ve never attempted to use an AAP while a virtual line was in place, so someone who has would know better, but I wouldn’t expect you’d be able to use it, since the AAP system is also a virtual line. In a sense, the standard offering in this scenario would be the same as the typical accommodation.

Of course, depending on why you need the pass, the prospect of being stuck inside forever while the ride’s broken down could be quite scary…

You have to get a virtual time and then they'll direct you to a separate queue when showing your AAP.

I've got 3 days booked for October, 1 with Express (My birthday present to myself) so on the other 2 days I'll have to decide in the morning when I get there, do I go right for Potter and hope single rider is open (Assuming the VQ is no longer being used) or do I go left for Monsters and again use the single rider queue if open, I've never been a big one for queue lines to be honest, and they're already all over YouTube (Potter looks stunning, Monsters havent seen yet) so easy to see what I would be missing.

Anyhoo, assuming in the morning I get the 2 big M's done (Ministry and Monsters) I'd head straight to Berk or Stardust (Green track) as SNW just leaves me cold, I will have a wander in there, and would love to ride Minecart (Another M!) but the whole area is really not my thing at all.
