It looks nice, but this doesn’t belong at the Magic Kingdom. Should’ve gone at DHS.

Disagree. It fits far more naturally here than at DHS. It's a nature themed environment.

This looks like it fits seamlessly into the area, I’m very impressed. Very welcome capacity addition to MK.

I'll be honest I'm going to take great pleasure in watching people eat crow on this one once it opens lol

I think two things can be true:

1. The area looks impressive and (if the ride is good) will be a good addition to the park.
2. People can still miss the aesthetic value of the Rivers of America.

If eating crow only requires saying the first part, then yes. But, purely personally, I still don't think there's any way I'm not going to miss the river or the Liberty Belle.

Yeah, this. It's how I honestly feel about losing DinoLand USA and DINOSAUR at Animal Kingdom. Like, I get it, they had a lot of problems, a lot of it being from budgetary constraints during the Eisner era (something Joe Rohde repeatedly stated during his post-mortem of DinoLand on his Instagram account earler this year), and I know that Tropical Americas and the new Indiana Jones ride will be more polished, professional, immersive, etc...but I'm always going to be a Dinoman at heart (see username!) and I'll always feel sad that Disney opted to just move away from paleontology/dinosaurs as a subject matter entirely, even though that was supposed to have been one of Animal Kingdom's pillar themes...

I mean people can miss the rivers but I'd give up Grizzly Peak for this land...looks fantastic

I think MK is getting a great deal for losing that area. If Fantasmic wasn't at Disneyland I'd be down for a land like this at Disneyland

I'd like to start a rumor that there's a secret single stall up there just like the basketball court in the Matterhorn.

Really curious to see more about how the ride vehicles move and what exactly we'll be seeing/doing on the path. This is looking more like a scenic experience than the show-stopping dark ride that RSR is. But I'm hoping there are some surprises in the various tunnels and within Piston Peak itself.

If the vehicle movements are fun enough it might not matter. And MK doesn't need a big dark ride as desperately as DCA did.

Worse: DVC preview room. You can't even stay there.

RSR is well, racing. This has always seemed to focus on lower speed, but still fast, off roading with more jostling. I bet this will feel a lot like an outdoor IJA or Dinosaur in ways.

How many acres is this? Looks great but seems to be a lot of space for what's basically just one attraction.

I hope they spend money and plant some decent size trees to start. Won’t look quite as nice as the model if they don’t plant mature trees
