When I first visited UOR back in 2019 (Twice) the bathrooms all had a lovely cinnamon type of smell, on my last visit in March just gone, maybe 2 or 3 bathrooms still had that smell, its a shame as its for me something that takes me back and is so uniquely Universal.

I'm hoping one or two Epic bathrooms will have that scent!

Love hiccups wing gliders but does anyways else wish that test drive was blasting on the on board audio while you’re flying over the water and around berk instead of just for the short little part at the end?

It’s not? I thought it was playing the whole ride, just under dialogue sometimes.

It is! The very end just so happens to be when it goes from quiet/normal-level audio to fully blasting (and it's for the best part of Test Drive, so it's only fitting lol).

Did they get the fire in the hearth working yet? I saw the burner ready to be installed on my last visit (a few weeks ago), and figured maybe with the fire in the statues they got the fire in the hearth working.

Test Drive is playing however the main most popular melody plays after the 2nd lift only I think. Which is what they are referring to I think.

it uses the part from 1:21 to 1:51 for going over the water and stuff.

When I spoke to the actor playing Gobber, he stated that the animated dragon in the bucket was named Jeremy and the other on the conveyor belt is named Danielle. Not sure if these were made up by him or actual internal names for the little guys.

Mason Thames (Hiccup in the upcoming live action film, “How To Train Your Dragon”) was able to meet up with Toothless at Universal Epic Universe!


The live action film debuts in theaters on June 13th.

So did they end up cutting the Dragon Drones? I would’ve expected them to be showing them off during the Media Preview yesterday, but I have not seen any footage of them besides that one day they tested them a month or so back.

Has absolutely zero effect on the actual quality of the movie.

And saying that, kinda implies (even if incorrectly) she needed to be a white person. Which is not true.

If you’re saying no, I don’t care about the race just the hair, I can promise you a movie of this size tired and debated/discussed multiple hair styles and colors including blonde and decided that the hair the actress has now in the movie looks and worked best.



Plus the excuse that oh she doenst look “native to area ” does not hold weight ether. The live action version of the movie has chosen to still be a live action cartoon in terms of tone. It’s got the whimsical vibe and design of an animated film. It’s not going for realism.

If the film wa truely a live action movie where they tried to make the film as realistic as possible with a Ridley Scott, Nolan, movie tone. Then sure you can say hey, i want this be and feel more authentic maybe

But this movie is not that. It’s like a Disney live action remake. Its whimsically inspired live action cartoon (not in negative way but tonally)

Also, what the live action movie does or doesn't do should make zero difference to anyone in this thread, considering the land is based on the animated films.
