By a cult named the Oceans of Sighs, they kidnap the ultra wealthy & sacrifice them to the sea gods of the deep & depths of the oceans. To cause the poor and middle class to prosper, releasing a chain of events. In the states, sirens songs could be heard at night as the wind from the ocean blows. Undiscovered sea creatures join in on the ritual. Including sea monsters that walk on earth feasting on the organs & blood of the corrupted individuals of wealth. The oceans wave splashes as screams of the wealthy could be heard.
The cultists wear their masks made out of sea shells carrying knives including hand made Tritons. Lights are adorned with sea shells in the zone. Creating an ocean atmosphere as the lights are blue like the seas.
