Thats not new. Last year it was up to $25 on weekends (possibly $30)

Any price over "FREE" is terrible. But those days are gone.

Regular day-ops early entry for Nintendo is $20-30 depending on the day. So $15 isn't the end of the world, that happened when they started charging early entry

It is what it is, but I am overall okay with ticket prices this year. I was worried we would have a huge surge considering inflation, but for the most part it’s not the absolute worst.

I would assume both

When I go with a normal pass, I have a basic idea of which houses I will hit but sometimes when you see a walk on or low wait on certain houses you change plans

Check out this and other HHN threads once the event starts myself and many others will list the wait times and what order we enjoy hitting the houses at for the event

Question: if you do the RIP Tour, is the time for your dinner considered part of the time of the tour?

I read the tour usually lasted 4.5 hours and was curious if that was including food or 4.5 hours AFTER you eat?

Depending on which houses are open for Early Entry I have a basic plan in mind right now.

Basically start with H-Lot and then hit all of Lower Lot and assuming the same rules like last year apply, where having the specific colored wristband allows you into the houses before everyone without it. You could hit like 6/8 houses before 8pm!

Express is sold out for the first 2 Saturdays. Huge bummer because I had like 6 people who still wanted to join my party on the first Saturday. Hoping Express tickets go back up soon. I just wish a system was in place to know the allotment left like some haunts do.

The second weekend like you said is sold out for express tickets (when sold with a general ticket) but the add on Express is still there

So maybe two pools or tickets allowed? At least its still kind of an options for those in the know

Also checked out the after 2 PM with expresses are not sold out on either of the first two Saturdays either

Yeah, I was thinking of other options, but the price point is expensive enough to rally a group, paying more is a stretch. Especially since we're also doing Early Entry, everything kinda needs to line up.

Admission + Express, Express as an Add on, and after 2pm admission + express are somehow all completely different pools. Presumably admission+express on the website is only one slice of a way bigger, stranger, pie that also presumably can flux depending on how many tickets are sold each night. There's also another separate much smaller pool of express upgrade tickets they sell at the gate, you have to be there like an hour early to still have any available, but I've only ever bought express that way, never on the site. Usually pretty easy to snag if you're willing to wait in a probably annoyingly long line.

Because of, ah, an incident with a dog at work (she is ok), she's stuck with crutches for the next month or so. I plan on renting her a wheelchair at the front gate, no problem. Is there anything else I should know or keep in mind? Obviously we'll be touring at a more leisurely pace as a result and we don't have Express ... though depending on how the night goes, Universal may enjoy the opportunity to pry another $200 from my corpse.

But my understanding is she should be just fine to use the regular queues and then be pushed through the houses. Is that correct? I think she'd struggle to limp through any of the mazes if she has to leave the wheelchair at the front, but we'll cross that bridge if we have to come to it. Thanks so much!

To my knowledge, all houses are required to be wheelchair accessible, so you should have no trouble on that front, just be careful in any black wallz cuz in my experience that's where people tend to have the most trouble navigating in a chair.
Definitely talk to guest relations at the top of the night to figure out what the extent of accomodations are, I know sometimes they'll give you a return card that you present to the line hosts and they give you a time to come back equivalent to the current wait so you don't need to stand in the queue a-la old fastpass, but idk if that applies with wheelchairs for sure. You should probably aim to come early to talk to Guest Relations too since I feel like I see a big line there most of the night.
.I know both the lower lot and H-lot will probably require you taking the buses down so you'll probably need to factor that into your time as well. Terror Tram she'd I'm pretty sure have to leave the chair to get on and off the tram but I think she'd be allowed to sit in it for the actual walkthrough if you think the uphill portion is doable.

I'm guessing we don't know which houses will be available for Early Access just yet. They'd be crazy to not have FNAF as one of them though. I do wonder if it's worth doing repeat maze visits as long as EA lines don't look too bad, especially since I have no intention of touching things other than FNAF, Fallout, Chainsaw Man, and maybe Purge (and especially not Terrifier, already been hearing it's as gross as the movies, which means I'm not touching it with a 39 and a half foot pole.

Other than that, some tips would help for if I do go, especially as someone who has never touched HHN until possibly now. I'd imagine EA lines will still be sizable since this isn't FFN though, where you actually could repeat something if you wanted to during EA.

At the very least, I'm contemplating the 2PM combo ticket because of the SNW access. Twice the minimum for Early access (with the AP discount anyway) doesn't sound too bad if it means being able to go into what's effectively a safe zone alongside EA. Also, do we know if Hollywood is getting those Deathly Afraid Necklaces? Those would probably help a lot for someone like me.
