I’d think Netflix would *not* want to duplicate the properties that are at their new Netflix House interactive experiences. Wednesday/ST/Squid Games are featured in various capacities at these locations. Would they dilute interest in these by also featuring them at HHN?

I really don’t think a few mall escape rooms in other parts of the country will hold Netflix back from licensing stuff out to Uni/HHN.

Netflix is opening Netflix House in Las Vegas in 2027 and Netflix Bites exists at MGM already. Maybe the MGM location will close by then, but I don't think they are worried about cannibalization. The Netflix House and Halloween Horror Nights attendee Venn diagram has some overlap for hardcore fans, but I would argue that the audiences differ significantly. Stranger Things at HHN brought in a completely new fan base for the property.

To that point, if they were truly concerned about brand oversaturation, then Stranger Things wouldn't have been the biggest marketing push of all time.
