Now its time to strategize, both the Jack Oddfellow house and ST5 are at the front of the park next to each other, while Hellraiser is in the back. It's almost worth going Hellraiser first since the majority of the crowds will try to hit ST5 first and then come to the front of the park for the other 2.

Long-time listener, first-time caller. I was just wondering if you'd rather deal with a Hell Week of Fortnite kids with no FFP + Express or lose Evil Dead Burn yet again next year?

Real talk though, IPs seemed pretty consistent all year long. Anything interesting that floated around that didn't get discussed much, if at all, that didn't come to fruition?

But really, I have no idea who this dude is and I guess he's a fan speculation for reasons.

Well considering they locked the 2025 houses last spring, I think it'd be for HHN 36?

It’s pretty apparent that the only reason we got Lumpkin Pord as a “icon” (ambiguous definition) is because of the popularity of Lil’ Boo. Universal didn’t (doesn’t) have a plan to really expand the character beyond the one house. That’s why his presence in the park was so half-assed. He is Lil’ Boo’s sidekick.

All hail DJ Pord!! He plays Halloween!!

It’s all going to depend on how long the ST5 line is and if the house is good. Because if it’s not FnaF bad with lines and I can get reasonably fast that will be stop 1 with Jack being stop two because it’s there. Then I might go take my traditional pre HHN ET ride and try to catch Hellraiser. I’ll then be waiting for the scoop on what are the 5 pm houses and which ones are good to plan that block.

I’ve been seeing a lot of discourse about how Sinners is in a tent and other houses are in soundstages, but my understanding is the new tents are bigger than the soundstage spaces especially when the SS is shared. I feel like being in a new tent should be a positive. Am I wrong?

Some of my favorite houses the past few years have been in their tents.

Those new tents are quite tall too, look at how they were able to put in layers in Goblin Feast or Galken, I imagine the juke joint is going to be layered in the middle and we will pass in and out of that structure advancing through the story. I personally cannot wait to see how they stage both big musical numbers into scenes.

Discourse about houses based on nothing other than location feels silly. I'd be worried if it were in F&F, but hell, Jason was a lot of people's favorite house last year. These tents are huge, and I see no reason to believe they won't be able to pull it off. Sinners may be my most anticipated house and I truly didn't even think twice about the location when it was announced.

Pretty sure Devil / Music house from a few years back was a tent.

I’m actually happy that Hellraiser is on the 2pm schedule. By the time I enter the park most of
The die hards will have walked through it several times. Should hopefully make waits shorter. I’d like to do it twice. With and without express.

The newer tents are perfectly fine with plenty of space for tall set pieces, rigging for flyers etc. There are just some folks out there who feel for some reason that soundstages are the only suitable locations, to which I flat out disagree with that.

As mentioned before, the location of a house is dependent on what the designers need from it. If they need the big space or rigging for flyers/bungees, of course they're going to put it into a soundstage or one of the newer tents. If they don't, they have the smaller tents or F&F to play in.

For me, it's coming off as someone posting something they legitimately shouldn't as it was most likely behind closed doors/in a employee only section. But it's for Hollywood and not Orlando.

And it will also be very interesting to see how staffing pans out too. It seems like I’ve noticed a higher percentage of empty slots for Stay and Scream houses over the past two years compared to the past. Maybe I’ve just been unlucky on my visits, but the 2pm houses will lose a lot of luster if they are half staffed most of the time.

My worry too. I hated Major Sweets when I did it during S&S, but after doing it middle of the night, fully staffed, I loved it. But it was Never fully staffed early.

Charles Gray: Ozzy Osbourne, Jack and Oddfellow, and Invasion

Ramón Paradoa: Sinners, Evil Dead Burn, H.R. Bloodengutz, Fortnitemares, and Downtown Clown Town

Matt Flood: Cybergoria and Madlands

Kelly Malik: Hellraiser

I’m assuming Malik is doing ST5. The directors behind the other two zones haven’t been disclosed.
