Thanks! This is what I thought, but my wife swears that we had to do Friday-Monday (9-19/22)last year because Thursday wasn’t available. I don’t remember booking last year enough to remember if it was that or something else.

It is odd that they say the TRILOGY, when -to me- the third movie feels disjointed and unrelated. It's even more odd when you read their description and it only really recounts the plot of the first two movies...
Where does the third one come into the house design, i wonder?

Even if they say it's going to be the first three I have a feeling they'll lean more into the first two and like Staticshock said above probably a cool kill scene or two from the third and also probably a few of the cenobites that were introduced in the third that look cool lol. The third might be the weakest arguably of the original three movies but they did have some pretty cool "new" cenobites in there i.e Pistonhead, Barbie, Camerahead, CD...

If I remember correctly, that Thursday night was a corporate buy out night and not open to the public.

That's the confusing part to me, cause Pinhead is literally a pole for 60% of the movie. lol If they end the house with a single room and a rotating pole with Pinhead's face on it, i'd definitely laugh.

Outside the Cenobite creation scenes and the club massacre that comes after, it's hard to see them shoehorning much into the plot of the first two movies - but hey, i'm open to seeing how they make it work! EDIT: Yeah, if they just shove some of the extra cenobites from 3 into the Labyrinth section of 2, i guess i'd be like "ohhhhhhhh, i see you."

Still #1 on my hype-list.

I'm not either of those things so I really don't have much stock in it

I'm definitely intrigued to see how the Scream Early/Stay and Scream debacle plays out.

How busy do we think those houses could actually get at 2PM if it includes literally everyone that has a day ticket and HHN ticket?

Assuming SE goes in an extended S&S direction, fairly busy to insanely busy, depending on the houses. Opening weekend, assuming Jack is one of the houses, there will be guests camped out at 9:02 a.m. But even on "normal" nights last year, the line for Freddy's was at capacity by 5. If people will show up at 3:30 just to wait in line 100 minutes, I imagine they'll gladly show up at 1:30 to see three houses with perceived lessened wait times.

Yuuuup. I think people are underestimating the general public's desire to "pre-wait" just to avoid a "long wait" later on. Especially in Orlando.

Kind of like when someone says they only waited 15 minutes for Hagrid's, but they also spent 2 hours at the front gates of the park

I wonder if they will let people use their Express at 2, potentially making express lines somewhat shorter later on, or just letting them sell MORE express. I really hope not.

I'm of 2 minds of this. I don't want this because then it will make the 2PM lines even worse.

But I'd be lying if I said that I wouldn't like to have a few houses knocked out before the event starts, so then I could spend more time in zones/watching shows later.

Nearly all of the Express offered is single use, so it'll reduce the express demand during the event.

They're increasing the amount of time to experience the houess by 50%, that's nuts. My theory is that most of the single day ticket folks are locals or non-day guests coming after the event starts, so maybe on the weekends we'll see more locals campign out with their Fear passes than during the week. But I bet by the second weekend everyone is talking about how Scream Early is the best way to do the houses with lower waits.

I’m trying to remember: do they usually release the ticket package and price options / lists before opening them up for sales? So we have time to review them? Or do they usually just drop the options / lists at the time sales open up? I’m hoping for some time to research all my options, but also worry about stuff selling out.

Last year they did not. Had seconds to get over the sticker shock and buy.
