I really think that giving up on San Fran was the right call. It feels like the zones are that much more well-rounded for it, and on a plus side the energy over in that area with the DJ feels pretty good too.

Art’s cameos have been a huge win, too.

I really honestly didn't miss the San Fran zone like I thought I would. I'd like to see them reconfigure that area, but dropping to 4 zones didn't feel like a loss.

As long as they bring back Mel's every year!

Genuinely curious, was The Grabber a legit late-addition walk-around character, or did some guest just manage to smuggle a mask in? Saw him last night, he didn't have an army of attendants like Art, just hanging out taking photos in the middle of Club Dead.

The Black Phone 2 photo op is near there. They may be letting him roam closer to the Club now.

Anecdotally, it felt like it. First time parking was truly a cluster this year (exacerbated by the weird exit situation from IoA garage), Most overwhelmed I've seen Express--even Grave's Express queues were full. Streets were just packed. Also a surprising number of RIP tours.

Surprised by this as well. They filled the last show of HNF with a good chunk of RIP tours too... which felt odd.

Express this year ran fairly flawless this year, so it was quite a stark shift. Not sure if they just oversold the night or if everyone with a Frequent Fear with Express decided to show up on the same night.

Sadly it seems like we're never going to return to the glorious post-Halloween wait times that concluded HHN 32. The word got out! Glad I didn't stick around after 10 PM waiting for an ease in crowds that was never coming.

Probably the way it fell out with it basically being an extended Halloween weekend contributed to it

This year really was incredible. Glad I took a year off in 24. Made returning this year feel special.
