Nosferatu (I have no evidence just vibes)

Edit: be honest though, Nosferatu + the pressure to impress Eggers would absolutely make it the project that forces Murdy to learn the difference between two innocuous architectural elements.

Just imagine if they can get Bill Skarsgard to do the Nosferatu voice for the escelator.

"It iiiiiis a bad ooomen to SIT on the escalatooorrrrr while it is mooooving. Do not set your childrrrrruun on strrrrrollooooors."

Forget that. Bring back Murdy's iconic Starway of Doom voice over. HHN just isn't the same without the escalator saying it's going to "chew your ass up" if you sit on it.

It's those little things like that.

I'll just repeat a little of what I said in the Orlando spec thread: I'm a bit heartbroken if it's true TLOU 2 isn't coming. While Fallout is one of my dream IPs, so was TLoU 2. It seemed like an automatic lock with season 2 releasing and after we got TLoU 1, Neil Druckmann really loved working with HHN and said he wanted Part 2 to come. So I don't know. Weird.

WWE and Fallout…what a weird year.

I will take this over TLOU2 though. Sorry, but we already had TLOU.

This is why I am still skeptical about Terrifier coming. I wish TLOU 2 and Fallout could both land this year.

We might be getting another year of HHN filled with experimental mazes. I do love experimental mazes a quiet place was great last year. Personally though I love fallout I'm a big fan of the games and the series.

I also would have preferred TLOU. I do think Fallout lends itself to great house potential though, but I am not as big of a fan.

So which 1st edition spec map icon would Fallout be classified under. (Too lazy to check)

Not that the spec map icons are definitive of whats coming, im just curious. Location wise, i wonder if Fallout would end up in Mummy.

We had LOU2 as the rocking horse at the Mummy location, and I think given the western-y vibes (and that both properties are kind of post-apocalyptic), Fallout feels like a clear one-to-one swap for LOU2, with Fallout in the Mummy queue. That would also be the third year in a row where that space has had some version of post-apocalyptic: LOU1, Death Valley, then Fallout.

Onto my thoughts on a Fallout house, I’m interested. I still have yet to finish New Vegas, though I kind of stopped playing it half-way through, so maybe this news might give me motivation to finish it through the end. I did play Fallout 4 awhile back, so I’m quite familiar with the IP. I have not seen the TV show however.

Anyways, I feel like this house can be easy to work with. They don’t necessarily have to follow a strict storyline like TLOU, and since the game is an open world RPG, they have the freedom to do whatever they want, showcasing several locations and monsters.

I’d love to see them to do an original take, say lore-wise, Vault-Tec had a vault in one of the backlot soundstages, and once you exit, you find the backlot and park being a wasteland filled with all kinds of creatures.

Of course, this being Hollywood, I would LOVE a heavy usage of NCR patrolling in certain areas, or some of Caesar's Legion roaming, maybe as a scarezone.

Merch and food have some serious potential. Nuka-Cola, Vault numbered shirts, Radaway juice bags, factional shirts of NCR, BoS, Legion, bottlecap pins, etc.

That said, me when Ain’t that a Kick in a Head plays during the queue:

I love Fallout...but...Last of Us was and is huge

Look at last year's crowds... Anyway Would not mind Fallout and Last of Us since most likely you'd think some of the fallout house can reuse the Bunker house we had last year

Fallouts fan base is huge. The Fallout tv show had a viewership of over 100 million people worldwide, while Last of Us reached 40 million. The last of Us franchise has sold 37 million games while fallout has sold 55 million. Fallout is a huge commercial success so it’s not hard to image why Universal would be eager to bring it to HHN.

I think its biggest comparison is actually Stranger Things which had a similar viewership number in its first season. That will be the comparison to how many new fans it will bring to the event.

fallout has more merchandise around too. people wear the t shirts more and I've seen more figures around, more funkos, fallout even has online memes around, more jokes about it,
last of us is very big obviously, but as far as pop culture goes I've noticed more fallout stuff.

fallout even has that recognizable mascot vault boy. that vault boy is super memorable and recognizable. he would be great for merch and decorations at the park. ( could even do a photo of with a statue or cutout)

Yeah fallouts popularity is much more comparable to the popularity of Stranger Things. It could be around the same level of merch sales and people brought to the event because of this one IP
