So when the World of Color platform was fully fixed by the time the 2022 Halloween season at DLR rolled around, there was one thing that was missing: a Halloween WOC show at DCA. Not only did the Villainous WOC show from 2019 not come back,(from what I read that edition of WOC had mixed/meddling reviews) there was no Halloween WOC show at all. If Disney did another Halloween WOC show in the future, what should it be about and how would you improve upon the Villainous show?
