The Vekoma Thrill Ride at Magic Mountain getting delayed was heartbreaking for me

I’m telling you all it’s not opening until after the first HHN night because I have express that night and no way I get on that ride after dark until Grinchmas

That would definitely be me (to some extent as of 2025 anyway). XP

Also, funny to see some face characters getting in on some jokes about the ride, not sure if it's coincidental or a jab at the delay rumors

I snuck out after church photos for my former long term girl friends' daughter's wedding to play in a soccer match, and then came to the reception late. That did not go over well Our 13 year live together relationship didn't last another year.

I hope the Discovery Kingdom survey about the thrill glide coaster being the reason MM’s got delayed/cancelled is right. We NorCal park fans haven’t had a major addition since Batman The Ride back in 2019. We’re dyyyyinnngg.

Ofc I’m still hyped about the developments down there, but it’d be nice to not have to drive six hours for a brand new California addition for once.

Looks like either soft openings or TM previews this week. Our son goes to school in Toluca Lake and I get emails from the Toluca Lake HOA and they are advising residents that testing with vocal riders will be resuming today between the hours of 1pm and 9pm

I didn't think it'd be right on the dot. We've gotta remember this would be day 1 of tech rehearsals if the rumors are true and theres a good chance that if it does open, it may not be until the very end of the night

I understand but was just saying its 1 PM and nothing and besides Five Fires I don't see anyone in the park posting beforehand either

Its different from the Jurassic event where it happened and signs were up so at 1 We knew everything going on but still wanted to just point it out

There's also nothing guaranteeing that this will soft open for all guests. It may just be more restricted previews (for team members and other parties).

I don't know one way or the other, but the only thing the email specifies is live riders.
