Just reading through that thread, it just seems to me it makes more sense to have the spike at the beginning and use it's momentum to run the rest of the course. Any chance that long middle section the tracks are crossed or is that pretty much it? I ask because it seems like having the charger leave the station first, the train turns towards the maintenance bay then the cars turn around(I'm not sold on a fast reverse launch just from a safety perspective). It launches to the spike, they reverse, then the charger leads the rest of the way. As presented, the charger will trail the whole ride until the spike at the end of the ride. Just seems off to me.
