No major news from today's panel, but there are a few tidbits:
  • One of the ideas behind Hollywood Drift is to highlight the stunt work and behind the scenes nature of the franchise, emphasizing the practical spectacle of the car stunts.,
  • Hollywood Drift's initial concepts were formulated in 2016,
  • Multiple locations were apparently considered for the attraction,
  • USH worked with German car designers in researching the ride vehicles to make sure they were as true to appearance as they could

I wonder just how much work Universal Creative actually put into the trains and how much of that was actually done by the people at Intamin. Just a thought.
