I think I saw some post on Reddit that there was a rumbling about this using the same ride system as Figment.

My mental image of this Encanto attraction at first was an omnimover based on the 2024 concept art. The tracked RV they went with sounds like it will be a step above that.

On WDWMagic the rumored ride system may be supplied by Zierer Karussell based on consistent shipments to Imagineering in Orlando.

They don’t build trackless vehicles either.

The same as the new encanto ride, which is what the rumors have been for a bit.

One of the Imagineers at the D23 presentation said (paraphrasing) "Imagine that most traditional, classic Disney ride, and that's what this is going to be."

More than 50 animal character figures.

Zierer doesn't make trackless dark rides, and there was a track in the patent which perfectly matches the scene in the concept art. It's a tracked dark ride.

Do we think since this ride is going to include animals in the storyline that there would be a corresponding exhibit nearby featuring live animals from this region i.e capybaras, jaguars? Not sure if that's already been discussed.

This is a huge upgrade over Primeval Whirl no matter how you try to slice it.

People-eater, air conditioned, no height requirement, brings a new IP into the park, integrates AK's mission into the plot. Hopefully we get a couple more in the next decade or so (Lion King and Jungle Book would be great for this).

This looks like a winner to me. Hopefully it’s a people eater.

Doesn't seem too likely, but Disney hasn't explicitly said no.
