I did watch a POV of this before I rode so I didn’t care about getting spoiled for this. This was the first ride I hit up.

Thankfully I didn’t have to wait long as I used Express but it’s a fun little coaster. The main thrill of the ride is of course the gimmick of the track missing.

I will say the ride was slightly rough in a couple of spots. Probably from the arm attached to the car.

DK is a fun little ride, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to do it again if the line is long. Had it not been for Curse of the Werewolf, I would say this was the weakest coaster.

We never planned to ride it due to the long lines. I refuse to ever stand in a line longer than 40 to 60 minutes tops. But we got lucky around 7 or 7:30 on a Sunday night with a pretty short line, so what the heck. I really didn't expect much since it's such a short ride. It was November, so it was dark already. Well, what a surprise. It was so much fun and thrilling even in the dark. Not sure it would be as good during daylight though. We absolutely loved the ride......but it's too short to wait in a long line for. The queue was OK but nothing special. Anyway, it was a fun surprise. It's a shame the capacity is way too low though.

I consider it Epic Universe's Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

This is honestly a great comparison.

Is it fun? Yes!
Is it good? Definitely!
Do you have to do it if you only have 1 day? Not really

I know in hindsight this was a stupid comment…but it was coming from a time period when I was on a complex health journey and I had just started using ChatGPT. AI helped me diagnose the issue when over a dozen of doctors couldn’t. So I put too much faith in its capabilities early on.

SNW was the first land I checked out on my visit just to get it out of the way.

Absolutely bigger and more expansive than Hollywood's. Already reviewed DK and Yoshi's Adventure is a cute ride. Unless I had a small child or went with someone who haven't gone before, I wouldn't do it again. I would wait no more than 15 min for it. Also skipped Mario Kart since it's identical to the one at Hollywood, which I live very close to.

But year this land is really cool! I love how tall everything is. Didn't have time to do the mini games but it was great to see the full package of the land.
