Dixie Stampede would actually be a good name for a flea market.

So they didn't renew Dixie Stampede's Contract so they could open a flea market, ahhh the business sense.

From the Attractions Magazine Twitter:

The former Dixie Stampede building next to the Premium Outlets briefly turned into a flea market, but is now empty again.

The world's largest pizza parlor never even opened.

Anyone surprised?

Well, that was short lived.

That flea market was having financial problems from the get go. A lot of the vendors were leaving, which is not a good sign. That building is doomed.

That would be a great spot for a Haunted attraction. Dolly Parton's monster mountains? Sorry.

The flea market was open today. I don't know more than that.

I think Kevin should rent the building and turn it into a Shrine aimed at Kiss and Cher, maybe even make it a Kiss Koffee House like they have in Myrtle Beach.

I drove by it several times while I was there and it is still open. I don't know if it reopened or never closed down but it's definatly back open.

Yeah driving by it last night it looked open and they are still running the big electronic sign on the building advertising the flea market and world's largest pizza parlor that smells like a barn.

It's definatly open. They had someone at the entrance holding a sign saying now open the past 3 days.

I saw on the news the other day that the building has closed due to non-payment and that the vendors were locked out, unable to grab any of their stuff.
