Despicable Me Ride - USH

Hello All,

Just wanted to share this with you guys: I had a conversation with a new customers who walked in to my work yesterday. He mentioned to me that his company SimEx-Iwerks put in a bid to handle the simulation ride for Despicable Me USH. He also mentioned that the theater seats in T2 Show were purchased from his company. His company also did the Shrek 4-D Show. I also thought it was interesting that Universal Studios offered him one of the "shells" of the Deloreans from the Back to the Future Ride but he had to turn it down because he did not have enough room to store it in his house. He was a very nice guy and I plan to do alot of business with him in the future.

WHY did Universal not auction off the DeLorean shells?!?!?! Would've made a nice head rest for my bed

I told the guy he could have made some serious money if he would have just took it and sold it on EBay.
