Trying to wrap my head around this - that’s a list of individual theater locations and their gross? That’s the total of the location’s cut after the negotiated studio percentage is removed? Does that include popcorn sales? If a location could construct another screen and add more Avatar/Zootopia/Marvel screenings per day it would rank higher in the list?

I'm going to take a guess it's raw profit which is why it seems to be dominated by high cost of living areas. Easier to make crazy profit on $15 popcorn vs $7. I think the only one doing more on volume is Disney Springs.

Is P519 a project number or building?

Project number. This is likely for Lost Continent replacement. 6000 Universal Blvd. has been used as an address for projects across all three locations at the North Campus in the past.

I assume you have some info you're not willing to share that points to this being for LC?

Nope. Just speculation. We still don’t have a project number for the LC project, and it’s unlikely the work on converting the Epic Preview center would require a demolition permit. So it’s either an entirely new project or for the project we already know is coming.

EDIT:

Did a quick search on the FDEP Permitting site this morning for 6000 Universal Blvd and sure enough, the permit that was filed for the LC project back in December also uses that address:

Not 100% confirmation by any means, but at least another data point for identifying this project.

Preview Center replacement? Can't really think of where else this could go.

I assumed this would maybe replace Rising Star? That's what it looks like in the concept art at least.

Always happy to see more CityWalk entertainment, even though we're not into that in line dancing. That's one of the main reasons we visit Universal for long vacations. Entertainment/drinking/eating only a short walk or water taxi ride back to your hotel. A party lovers' fantasy.....Nice move, Universal.

There were nights the rest of PI was dead but Wildhorse Saloon had a line. Cowboys still draws a crowd in the middle of nowhere. Orlando is still the South, country bars tend to do very well.

Yes they do. I've been to Ft. Worth for business conventions twice over the decades. Billy Bob's, the worlds largest Honky Tonk, was always a fun place to spend an evening. And, here in western Pa., at the foot of the mountains and still the cultural climate of the Deer Hunter film, CW has always done well. .....When I had my restaurant/bar on the business strip in Monroeville, when Charlie Daniel's song was played by the DJ, most everyone in the joint jumped up on the bar and tables and danced to the Devil Went Down to Georgia. :lmao: :) Those were the good old days.

I still love when companies working with Universal announce these projects LOOOOOOONG before Universals Media team even has a clue what’s going on. Looking forward to the thrown together official announcement before lunch lol.

Exactly what CityWalk needed.

Them going out of the way to not replace an existing structure on the upper level is interesting. Category 10 was the highlight of my Nashville trip, very exited.
