They’d have much better turnout for the show if they had physical park maps and times guides. The current app isn’t too good at just giving you an overlook of the park and everything offered

Yes. It's actually quicker and easier to look at a paper park map. WDW still has paper maps and time schedules. I hate it when companies do something that's obviously a cheaper way and then present it as being a 'green' decision. That is sooo much corporate bs.

Tonight was my first time ever seeing Cinesational. I had resigned myself to the fact I wouldn't be able to see the drones, but I was delighted that they were miraculously back tonight. Very incredible show!

I go to theme parks to get off my phone minus picture taking, I don’t want my entire experience to be on an app. Takes me out of the immersion.

I remember, back when I lived in Florida and had a pass, connecting with an IU member, Felipe, on the boards. I was able to meet up with him one day and spent the entire day going around the parks talking IU (OrlandoUnited back then), talking parks...One of the better days of my life. I miss him. Crazy enough - I had never met him before IU and found a great friend.

Crazy enough - I had never met him before IU and found a great friend.

Turned out he was a close friend of the legendary insider @Teebin. We had a private conversation group with Teebin, and he informed us of Teebins passing that day.....I've met some of my best friends on this site, Floridians, English, Scots and a few others. Makes for some good Orlando visits and meet ups.

I also think the app does a TERRIBLE job showcasing anything other than the main rides. Even the headlining E-ticket / D-ticket shows like Bourne, Le Cirque and The Untrainable Dragon aren't listed under "attractions" and are entirely hidden from the map unless you manually go to the drop-down menu and choose "Entertainment."

Mind you Astronomica and Viking Training Camp are considered "attractions" but apparently not the headlining shows? The only things that should be hidden from view on the map should be the minor diversions like the Knight Bus or the Frog Choir not MAJOR headlining attractions.

TBH the entire web/mobile team at Universal seems strangely inept and disconnected from the rest of the company. Even the resort map on the main website STILL doesn't show Epic Universe or any of the new hotels and Minion Land wasn't added until a full year after opening.

Was able to see this on Saturday night. I saw a few drones light up during the show for a few seconds so they were definitely up there, not sure if they were just testing but they weren't a part of the show.

Paper maps are a simple disability accommodation. They should have some at Guest Services, at least.
