Am I able to change the date of an AP Epic ticket?

After reading a lot of chatter about how Sundays are meant to be the best day to go, I'd like to change one of my Wednesday Epic tickets to that day instead, will guest services do that for me?

Thats kinda what I thought too, Universal are usually quite flexible about these kind of things.
