Heh, I noticed the bar has "Mad Dog' Tequila.....By the way, did you notice what times the roving band is performing and where they're stopping to play? When we were there in 2024, we kept missing them, and just caught a couple sets, even though we were there for a week.

They have 2. One by Wicked/Entrance, and the other by Fallon (with Honey Banister). They usually start around 4.

this is a great case of corporate America and insurance taking things too seriously, how about we back it up a foot and then cut the wheel to the right and continue on

Leaving for Universal Mardi Gras in 45 hours . I don't see anyone commenting on their experience this year, except for Brians Review.. Anyone out there with an opinion/observations?

Been twice (both concert nights), parade had issues each time. Other than that -- see 2025 reviews, because it's the same parade. No new floats. But, as always, the performers are amazing -- they "mugged" for close to 30 minutes in the middle of the street Saturday, keeping the kids in the crowd engaged.

Pinchos in Puerto Rico booth are amazing. Hearing the Brazilian steak is worth seeking out, TM friend finds excuses just to go back there. Cajun mac n cheese surprisingly good, the sausage comes through, king cake was meh. Ireland booth, staffed by Finns staff, is as slammed as Finns used to get.

Seem to be two pre-parade bands this year, worth a watch.

We went Monday and Tuesday and enjoyed every bit. The food was very good with the standouts being the Pinchos, Mac n cheese, and picanha in Brazil. Ghost in the machine at the NO brewery cart is always a 10/10.

Ride a float for the first time using the standby and it was a 10/10. Got to fear factor at like 245 and had no problems getting on, but that was a Tuesday.
