Parking garages are only really needed when you don’t have the room for a surface lot, right? If they have the space, why not use a typical, much less expensive parking lot? Disney uses them for all of their parks. They may not be the most visually attractive option, but I’m sure Universal will...

I’ve yet to go, but it does seem to be a situation of overpromising and underdelivering. If they had simply marketed this as a great water park instead of some kind of big game-changer, they would’ve been in good shape.

I live about 30 minutes inland from the Jekyll Island area, and I agree that it is a wonderful place. The neighboring St. Simons Island is nice too, but Jekyll is much less developed and, as you mentioned, far less busy. It’s really nice to hear that people are traveling there to visit. Thanks...

This thread is a sobering reminder that regardless of how universally acclaimed a game (or anything else) is, it won’t be the same for everyone. I personally think that BotW and Odyssey are two of the best games I’ve played in the last five years or so, but I really enjoy the conflicting opinions.

I just wanted to say that I thought IU’s coverage of the media event was top-notch. I was following a few other blogs on Twitter throughout the evening and I thought IU’s photos were the best quality and did a great job of giving an overview of the hotel. Thanks for the work you do!
