I wouldn’t look to far into it he’s been trolling on twitter for a while now. However if universal has theme park rights to beetlejuice doesn’t that mean they could have a beetlejuice room without issues?
they could, but that also means confirming beetlejuice for 2021, which they probably dont want to do yet

Just a question about something in Jack’s room, why is Oddfellow’s carnival cart in there? From what I thought, Dr Oddfellow was killed By Jack, and Jack took over his carnival. So presumably Jack would have repainted his cart or ditched it. Or maybe Dr Oddfellow survived?

In my opinion he wouldn't paint over it and would continue using it as some sort of ironic dark joke

Hear me out. Tribute store operates normally for the next few months. Third room does or doesn't open, doesn't matter. Halloween approaches. Tribute store is open every day and continues churning merchandise day after day without change. Until the night of October 30th.

The store opens the morning of Halloween. The Icon posters are all either shredded to ribbons or the pictures of the Icons have mysteriously vanished, leaving simply posters with their names. Jack the Clown is gone from the center display piece. A trail of bloody clown shoe foot prints trail away from where he stood, out through the front of the store. Where he once stood for those few months is now a corpse of a store employee, impaled onto the carnival drapery. On the workers back, scratched with blood is a warning: One. More. Year.

Would Universal want to advertise the event a full year out with the uncertainty of the country right now? Probably not. But would it be a nice treat? I think so. :D

Considering we don't even know what's going to happen next Wednesday, I think a HHN 2021 announcement is unwise

My totally unrealistic wish for the tribute store is for it to have occasional bursts of fog inside. I NEED that smell.

Here you go... buy this fluid and a cheap fog machine for home. Enjoy.
