It also seems like Mickey *could* be ready for summer, but they’re aiming for next to Star Wars above all else. It makes a certain type of sense, I guess, but I’d think getting everything open ASAP would be a higher priority.

Walkways on top of MMRR is thought to be for air-conditioning units. Currently the air conditioning for the building sits on the ground and is about 30 years old soooo yeah. Good excuse to upgrade. The AC for TSMM sits on the ground as well.

Fun fact, if you look at Transformer's roof, you can see kind of patterns

I would not be surprised if Dr. Strange ends up in WoL Pavilion with some high tech projection mapping/Kuka Arm based screen attraction.

What do you think of potentially this technology in the Paris Marvel "stunt show" opening this summer?

I can’t like this enough. I’ve been waiting for this technology since I first tried a demo similar to this:

I genuinely think this ride will be labelled as a huge jump forward in screen and ride technology.

This is what SCREENZ should be.

This is the evolutionary next step plus it’s without glasses and not constrained to a giant screen in front of you.

Point is this is the same perspective shifting Spider-man, Transformers, and Gringotts uses. It seems what this ride will use are blank sets that move/change to augment projection mapping.

It'll be really awkward when this ride breaks down and everyone realizes that everything that they were looking at was just a blank set piece

I’m assuming there will be physical elements to this ride. Surely, it can’t all be blank white objects?

Looking forward to this. And it will be interesting to compare this to F&F and Kong. It seems to be similar ride vehicle theme; meaning, both being in tour busses/cabs.
Granted the tech will be totally different, but footprint and capacity should be similar.

That one scene with the train and Mickey with Minnie driving by looks like Temple of Doom.

this will be a much bigger hit then people are expecting. All the hype has gone elsewhere, but I'm thinking this ride will be the #1 family ride at the park once it opens. Sorry TSL.
