First Good pictures of the new slides from D987! so much steel going up too, I like the height of the support structures for those slides, looks like they have a way to go yet.

In the beginning you can clearly see the drop boxes, especially at 20 seconds, middle towards back, lack - red - yellow - black, these are ProSlide Skyboxes.

The new slides look like the colour of the drop boxes @anihilnation spotted.

One thing I like about being a local, everything is cheaper. The same Vacation a Family of 4 takes, I can take about 8, so I never take being here for granted. Absolutely blessed to be in Orlando.

Just for two people from the uk for two weeks with all the park passes and going when flights are cheap is around £2000 I know you can go on much more expensive holidays but I would hate to imagine what it would cost with kids to pay for too! It sucks over here as there are no water parks, the weather isn't good enough for starters. Water parks are my favorite, I would be at all of them every weekend if I could

I would agree, looking at the rest of the pieces there doesn't seem anything else that is similar. Interested to see if they leave all of the multiple small concrete supports exposed or if they will landscape around them.

I think it is neat seeing the construction and how it is put together. Like what they do first vs. 2nd vs. last. The amount of pieces that are involved in a project like this is just crazy. Being able to see a whole park built and have great photography spots is pretty rare. Normally parks are so far into a property that you can't watch them being built. So I think that is why a lot of people are interested in this project.

^ It's my last favorite project after Kong. Fallon, F&F and Nintendo leave me chilly if not cold. I know of nothing beyond that floats my boat.
The key phrase there is "I know of nothing 'that floats my boat' ". So that means you know a lot about future projects You're just not enthused....Teebinspeak.....

No, I don't know of anything beyond SLOP and Nintendo. SLOP might be being held for the new park for all I know. After Nintendo, I am completely in the dark which should please UC. ;)

We need to meet up with Teebin, and give him loads of beer and truth serum :)

What's the difference?

Answering the question about why I'm interested in the construction of a water park? I think there is something genuinely intriguing about watching the skeleton go up for the volcano because in about half a year, we'll never see it again until they pull the thing down.

Yeah, I got to see E.Everest being built and interwoven with a coaster which mesmerized me. To see VB with slides is icing on the cake. :)

Thought I'd try a tilt shift effect with one of the photos.

From those images I'm seeing 8 slides, has there been any word on how many 'attractions' VB is getting?

It isn't completely clear at this point. The newer slides next to the volcano are news to me. It is possible that it wasn't included in the paperwork I was shown for a very specific reason I won't go into. It is also possible that they were relocated from one side of the cano to the other.

The mammoth was going to the right of the blue and green slides above and fill the south of the property. The load was actually looking down on the raised exit ramp. Let's see what happens.

Has anyone snapped some pics at Nassal lately? You might be able to capture the easter island heads.
