To me, the best and most likely move would be to switch Exorcist Believer with Insidious: The Further. Swap a supernatural property with another one that is more popular.

Back when I visited last December, an employee was musing about the possibility of Art the Clown coming. Now, that's about as reliable as hearing it from "the Dippin' Dots guy", but it would make a lot of sense.

But certainly isn't the only possibility.

Love that they're taking full advantage of it being year-round with these seasonal events to entice guests to keep coming back. Excited for a new house in '27!

Alright, I just spent a late afternoon here, and it was a bizarre experience. Not necessarily bad, but I also don’t know how this model is sustainable. The only houses that were sufficiently staffed were Monsters and Exorcist (the latter of which didn’t open until over an hour after the venue); TCM had missing actors scattered throughout the house, and Scarecrow had no one in the second half. Even with missing actors, I didn’t have a bad time in any house and thought Monsters was quite strong, and I liked the character interaction throughout the venue (I asked Jack about Oddfellow and he got livid which was great lol). I’d probably rank the houses Monsters > Scarecrow > Exorcist > TCM. I’d go back again but would want a new house first.

Edit: I forgot to mention, but once Exorcist opened, Monsters immediately closed temporarily. If you’re visiting, you basically need to come once they open so you’re not left with any surprise closures after a few hours.

Interesting, when we went at the start of May it felt like everything was pretty well staffed despite the venue being empty of guests. The back half was less than for Scarecrow for us too, but I wouldn’t have said it was empty.

That’s the frustrating part for me: Scarecrow was GREAT until I ran into no scareactors. The sets felt different than Orlando in a positive way, but when I’m wading through vines and corn stalks with nothing jumping out at me, what’s it all for?

When we went in December, I don't recall a lack of scareactors in the 2nd half of Scarecrow, but I do recall being bummed that never once did we get to see the "tornado" show scene that's supposed to happen. Each time we did it (4 times), we just went through it as if it were a regular room, without even being offered if we wanted to see it (Universal Monsters usually asked if we wanted to see the show).
