With it's timeless nostalgic pull, surely Labyrinth is the only property listed that would really be worth the trouble in terms of guest draw? And surely it'd be easier to license it?

Labrynth? Fraggle rock for the win. If they made a movie with those characters I promise you it would be the most profitable thing since the minions. Dark crystal would also be fun to expand it's world
