Good idea for a thread.....There's been quite a few outstanding treatments at the parks and hotels, but this one was particularly excellent.....Didn't get the names of the TM's , but they were outstanding. A couple of years ago, before they had Express lines for Hogwarts Express, we were in line for the Hogsmeade ticket check in. We were only about 5 ft. from the stand when over 2 dozen Brazilian youths rushed in, pushed us away, and jumped in front of us. The TM's saw what was happening, pulled us away from that unruly group, and personally escorted us to the train through what was then the handicapped ramp,and is now the Express & Handicap entrance. We got right on the train so I don't know what ended up happening to that group.
