The hardest part really is finding someone who has the points available for a fair cost and also able to get a room at the resort you are looking for. I was lucky enough to have a friend book with the same person and she so happened to have points left to book for me at Boardwalk and since its her home resort she got first dibs. I had a certain budget I wanted to be around for a room so if I couldn't get a deluxe thru a DVC member at what I wanted I would have gone for a room at Riverside
