I will be quite honest - I like the first movie just fine, but it’s one of those situations where I really don't understand why it turned into a franchise.

This is at the bottom of my hype list, but well, placement on a hype list has never really meant anything any other year!

It’s not my cup of tea film wise, but it works beautifully as a house, especially the sights of the 2nd movie.

From my memory/knowledge, Hellraiser is breaking the HHN record for being the most sexually charged house they've ever done. I won't go into details but I was like "wow, this got approved?"

I wonder how many people are going to be offended not by the people getting tortured but by the 'other adult content' (even if it's mostly PG-13).

Yeah there was a whole lot more moaning than I expected from a HHN house haha. Pleasantly surprised that the house based on a horror franchise known for being about S&M isn’t fully asexual along with the gore.

I mean if there's one franchise where you kind of can't skimp on that, it's the one about the S&M demons.

I will say though: though I prefer Hollywood's version because of the creative gags, my favorite part of the Orlando version of Jason Universe was the window projections with the horny teens. It was hilarious that they included that.

And yet they censored "even in Hell."

...

Found this an adequate "greatest hits" house--it lacks the narrative drive to consider it a true "book report" house. If you haven't seen the movies, you'll have no clue what's going on. The Cenobite costumes are really well done, particularly the Pinheads. Not a bad house, but does nothing to elevate the genre the way AWiL and Halloween did. Comparable to the TCM houses, mostly a showcase for fans of the IP.

Did feel somewhat understaffed but maybe that's because both runs were before 5?

This is really a good house and well done. This is a scary house. Did this house twice back to back and both runs were great. One almost solo run.

This is currently my #1 and the house I’ve done the most. Every single run I’ve been scared in a new way, and I adore the twisty layout.

Really great house, the masks and makeup were incredible. Did it one during S&S then later with express.

Was my first house of last night, and unfortunately I missed every single scare. :( Loved the set design and pleasantly surprised at the more, ahem, adult elements of the films not being held back in here. Definitely need a redo.

I was not prepared of how gory this house was, and how realistic the gore looked, some rooms are truly disturbing. for the first time in like a decade I had to look away
the cenobites costumes look complex and very detailed, the masks look movie quality, ( these costumes are probably difficult to wear)
but the actors were really great. chatterer is insane. He LOOKS like the movie. butterball looked like in the movie ...... felt like seeing a celebrity or something...
this house feels so long.
(between this house and Ozzy, visually it's like heavy metal heaven, feels just like a metal music video too, )

Ended up enjoying this a lot more than I expected. The costumes were very cool for the most part, and I was certainly surprised by the sounds of
moaning
throughout the entire final 1/3 of the house

To quote a Sicko. "Hahahah, Yes....YES!!!"

I had the biggest grin anytime I went through this house. I do enjoy the series warts and all, and this house just delivered on so many levels! It was long, it was gnarly, it was horny and it had a plethora of scares!
