Has the Frequent Fear Pass been known to sell out in recent years? I'm also trying to delay an annual pass purchase until closer to attendance (end of October) to cover HHN30, but would like to take advantage of the slight AP discount at the same time.

I think that sounds solid. I'm planning to do something similar on my first night in a few weeks, and it seems to align well with crowd volumes I've seen in the past due to house location as well as most reports on the busiest houses of this year.

When it comes to the blinky cups, I had a few questions...are they only sold for the liquor drinks, or can you get one for beer as well (or possibly to use interchangeably)? If yes to the latter, is there a refill discount that applies for beer too?
