While we were on our cruise last week, we booked the Star of the Seas for 2026 which is Icon class. Looks like a pretty cool ship and the water park looks like it could be legit
EDIT: Whoops just saw it refresh. What they said ^^
This is a weird one, Frozen & Guardians were just replacements, but they were replacements for rides that regularly had insanely low waits and will now post some of the highest waits
I think the cruise concept is potentially very strong. I know of over 50+ families just from Winter Springs and Oviedo that were on the 2 Royal Carribean cruises last week.
Granted a small sample size, but I feel like most everyone I know got out of the state one way or another.
Its pretty decent if you have a good internet connection and network. I was digging it but my previous gaming PC was at the point it wouldn't even reliably turn on. I tried getting an ASUS ROG Ally and loved it but it had some pretty nasty driver issues that bit me 2 times too man. Went off and...
Figment is Iconic but his ride is a big ole oof. Even as someone whose office is decorated with an overabundance of Figment, I wholly understand his current ride sucks something fierce and only get on it maybe once a year (if that).
I used to go back and forth on Rhode but he puts a lot of care into all of his projects and most of them have turned out excellent.
Is he a little eccentric and overly detailed, yeah, but he's definitely up there talent wise
Cat in the Hat is such a weird one for me. I loved the ride when it first opened and having a bunch of college kids regularly riding it as a must do always seemed silly, but it was a ton of fun and that spin would practically yeet you out your seat.
My son has always loved the ride but it does...
Even though Kongwatch was an amazing day and was a great time, I'm totally fine with the entire Kong area going away. It makes JP feel disjointed and the ride was an overwhelming let down. maybe its just because I am so used to and remember what it was before, it just isn't worth the amount of...
Great points you brought up here, I think Everest falls into a special category though where they just straight up made a major mistake that they didn't realize and it compromises safety. I kind of lump these kinds of things together, but it brings up another interesting discussion around times...
I 100% definitely messed up on the ticket so the pricing calculations on that are inaccurate or sure. We'll go with your math as putting it close which is certainly better.
I am going to respectfully disagree with the assumption that the times not being posted accurately at booking or even day...
I really wish they would have kept this up to date. DQ in its heyday was amazing!
Yeah it definitely turned into a dirty dumpster fire in its last years, but it was so much fun and had they kept it up to date I really think it could have shined.
Edited: Wanted to state the ticket prices used here are for non-Florida Resident, non-AP. Also accidentally selected 2-Park 1-day. Apologies for any inconsistencies that may bring up but have to get back to real world so don't have time to fix
I hear what you're saying and some of these are...
There may be less desire to be around later at night but the late openings and early closings only paints them in a bad light. If you're going to be open banker hours, my family that chose to take a vacation in the slow time (remember both UOR and Disney are trying to get people to do this)...
Open and Closed drinks are always super hit and miss. Its worse during HHN but I just always assume I'm not getting thru with anything other than an empty bottle.
I'm getting pretty excited about this, it looks more L4D than the other Asymmetric Horror games out which hopefully will help the staying power. Trailer looked super good showing the Klownz with their different powers and everything.
I was really really liking Texas Chainsaw because in the...
Yeah I totally feel you there, mine is almost 8 and has been into gaming for a hot minute. We stay away from shooters and stuff for him too, only a few minor exceptions.
Some cool cooperative games that he's been liking a lot are Ticket to Warp and Out of Space,
From a pass pricing standpoint, I consider Disney and Universal to be pretty neck and neck with each other with each having places it comes ahead on.
There is no way that Universal's Quick Service or Sit downs can come close to Disney's excluding Magic Kingdom. Most the food there is...
