  1. They were supposed to open Friday (7th). They finally did a show for guests today (12th). Should be up and running on Saturday. Look for some unannounced shows the next two days.
  2. I suspect no WaterWorld has something to do with the overall wait times. That was a huge people eater. But I'm glad to see WD is popular.
  3. "Roanoke" was the first time I watched the entire season since the first one. I think it's the most interesting of the series. The others lost my interest by episode 4 or 5.
  4. Yesterday (Sat Mar 25) it was open 8am-9pm. Still crazy busy. This was taken about 3pm
  5. It takes a long, LONG time to work within all the city, county and state regulations. I suspect USH wanted to have a show up and running by spring break and for the anniversary.
  6. How did you manage... Sorry.
  7. Sounds like you have it right. JP will be fine, the Tour will be fine. I think Forbidden Journey won't be. So one yes and one no. Really difficult to say without knowing you and your daughter. When are you going?
  8. What rides at other parks have warnings but aren't actually that rough? That will help answering your question. So far it seems that only Transformers, Minions, Mummy and Forbidden Journey are out.
  9. Thanks for clarifying, Freak. I wonder how much impact Potter in Osaka had on Hollywood. Seems to me even if we had been second we would not have had the same success as Florida. Do you feel that if HP had opened here in, say, 2012 or 2013 it would have been more of a success?
  10. I, too, am interested to know how our Potter was not a success? Because Opening Day wasn't as big as anticipated? I thought that overall attendance is up from the last three years.
  11. They often ask to see your receipt.
  12. Valet parking is the best option aside from paying $40 for frontgate.
  13. No. Just replacing the warping stage. I wouldn't expect an announcement until April or May. You know Universal, they keep things quite for a long, long time.
  14. But isn't a familiar chain restaurant what guests really want? Seems like all the "walks" near the parks on both coasts drop unique for familiar. Hell, it's happening IN the parks.
  15. That makes the most sense. Three or four shows a night - once an hour...
