  1. I just checked this and they updated the first visit date to the end of the year. Wooo! Features: Come any date on the first visit 337 available days for return visits, including 83 weekend days.¹ Includes free General Parking before 5:00 p.m.² Valid for 12 consecutive months from selected first visit date Black-out dates apply for return visits First visit must occur on or before 12/31/17 Universal City, California Delivered via email
  2. They have to keep the momentum going, and with Star Wars land announced to open a little earlier than expected, the pressure is on. Crazy to think how long it took them to do anything before and now within this decade they will have accomplished a lot.
  3. Yup, the only one that really makes sense from Costco now is the $199 option. I am going to pick that one up tonight since my season pass expired today, and just in case they decide to make any changes to that one as well.
  4. The lower pass at Costco ($109.99) is now gone and has been replaced with a pass at $129.99 and with fewer days available, 219 days. https://www.costco.com/Universal-Studios-Hollywood-Annual-Pass-eTicket%2c-California.product.100341668.html The higher pass ($199.99) is still available. https://www.costco.com/Universal-Studios-Hollywood-Gold-Annual-Pass-eTicket%2c-California.product.100310884.html
  5. Also, if you were to update to the gold from your neighbor pass, I believe your gold pass would back date to the day of your first use of the neighbor pass. So to me it doesn't make much sense to pay the difference for the Universal gold pass, instead of just picking up the Costco gold pass.
  6. I think I am going to buy those Gold passes from Costco soon, in case they raise the prices on those. They are currently $199.99 and have 337 days available. The lower pass is still $109.99 with 250 days available.
  7. Mount Rushmore; not on ground level, you can't actually stand next to it, you can't touch it. So it's not a photo op
  8. Honestly, I have stopped trying to guess what these guys do anymore, but I would agree with this. Now, can you guys imagine the number of annual and season passes that will be available when this all opens up?
  9. Really excited about this news and also very curious about where it will be located.
  10. One more recommendation, which is a somewhat close to Universal Studios. Yamashiro, this place probably has one of the best views of the city. https://www.yelp.com/biz/yamashiro-hollywood-hollywood
  11. Ca Del Sole is a good option, it's outside the park but it's very close. https://www.yelp.com/biz/ca-del-sole-toluca-lake-2 There are more options in Toluca Lake, if you want to stay somewhat close. These are some of my favorite places to eat in that area. The sushi at Yuzu, is delicious, some of the best I have ever had. https://www.yelp.com/biz/malbec-argentinean-cuisine-toluca-lake https://www.yelp.com/biz/sushi-yuzu-toluca-lake https://www.yelp.com/biz/catcher-in-the-rye-los-angeles https://www.yelp.com/biz/the-red-door-toluca-lake
  12. Because we are all neighbors, we look out for each other, and they want to entice us to get that new pass.
  13. Agreed, and we are almost half way through the month and they have yet to announce a new pass, so that's a sign as well.
  14. It's going to be tough to pass this HHN, the mazes were phenomenal.
  15. Krampus is 30, Freddy vs Jason 95 and AHS is currently at 50.
